My Story
Now, let me share a bit about my story with you. Back in 2003, I embarked on this incredible journey with my mum as we opened a small florist shop in Fletton, Peterborough. We offered all the usual flower shop goodies, you know, like those stunning wedding flowers and heartfelt funeral tributes. But over time, something truly special happened. We discovered that our passion and calling lay in helping those who were grieving, guiding them through the funeral process with warmth and compassion. We built such amazing relationships with the funeral directors and became an integral part of our community.
Well, life had its twists and turns, as it often does. After many years, we decided to close the shop, and I ventured into a career in graphic design and photography. But, you see, fate had other plans for me. In 2017, I followed my heart and started my very own online florist business, specialising solely in creating the most beautiful, heartfelt funeral arrangements and funeral flowers for both Stamford and Peterborough. These days, my cosy workshop at home in Stamford, Lincs is where the magic happens. And guess what? It's a stone's throw away from those amazing wholesale flower suppliers in Spalding. Can you believe it?

Oh, and did I mention that I live in the breathtaking Georgian market town of Stamford? It's just magical here. My husband Gareth and our adorable little Dolly, our faithful pup, keep me company. You know, it's quite funny—I actually used to live in Stamford, CT, USA when I was younger. Life has a way of bringing us full circle, doesn't it?
Now, when I'm not creating these meaningful funeral flowers, I'm busy running a wedding photography business with my beloved husband on the weekends. And guess what? I can't help but offer my floristry advice to the lovely brides I work with. It's just in my nature to share the love.
